For yogurt? The deadline for this one is 11/29/13.
What happened to correct grammar and punctuation, people? If some people spent more time cracking a book and learning a little, they would have less time to complain “I sick” and look for free cash.
naim my son like, mini -wheats, I do,nt think it right that Kellogg is making false claim.
Why are people submitting their addresses here? You must file a claim! Nobody is going to file a claim on your behalf, this isn’t the correct place for that. Just FYI
I Believe alot of Comments on Here are Mis-Confused and Misunderstanding of this Lawsuit…It is not how the prepare and make their brand Cereal, it is How they have Use Deceptive Practice of/by Advertising in the Lawsuit
Quote”Kellogg of falsely advertising that Mini-Wheats improved kids’ attentiveness, memory and other cognitive functions to a degree not supported by competent clinical evidence.” Unquote.
It has nothing to do with How good they Taste, it is about the gimmick for Parents to go run out to buy for there children and even for the Adults who is on a Nutrition Kick. However I agree, it is false advertising.
i do like frosted mini wheats but don’t lie about its nutrition
Where is my check
