I have purchased kellogs mini wheats as well. What do I need to do to apply for my settlement?
Please post about the subject at hand and stop posting the same thing on multiple suits. Nobody wants to argue, just read about issues that may affect us. PLEASE BE KIND.
I have been purchasing the fruit in the middle frosted mini wheats since they came out with it. Before that I was purchasing the the original for at least 4 yrs. every week when I run out I go get another box and even got my sister started on them
To Jesse … Wake up and open your eyes to big corporate greed! Read the book by Pulitzer Prize Winner Michael Moss, Salt Sugar and Fat! You will look at food differently and fortify yourself with a healthy dose of skepticism. These food corporations taint our food with unhealthy, disease causing, life shortening ” substances” and then make claims that it is something beneficial for us when it is not. I believe that most any reasonable person would consider that sort of behavior to be called a “lie”!

BUT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO OBJECT TO A SETTELMENT THEN YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO REALLY MESS WITH THEM. THINK ABOUT IT 1000 OBJECTIONS ON EVERY CLASS ACTION THAT YOU THINK YOU MIGHT GET DENIED. THEY MIGHT HAVE TO PAY YOU TO DROP YOUR OBJECTION

no matter what you do if you have applied for any class action within the last year you will not get any more money
have you ever seen some one say” YEAH AND WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT” receipts, photos of you eating the product, DNA sample of a employee at one of the stores, photos of the product after its turned to stool, packaging, UPC codes, ingredient labels, invoices, NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO FORCE THEM TO PAY YOU WATCH AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW THEY JUST TELL YOU TO GO TO HELL
watch and see how many people dont get checks on this one lol
The favor of my God prevents Garden City Group from defeating me as I havent had a problem. However I suggest the next time you file a claim & GCG is the administrator write a letter to the courts requesting a new administrator on the basis of discrimination because of a prior class action suit having been filed & the administator will not pay the claim on your behalf and those of the litigants even though it is a honest claim. Attach supporting documents that were sent to the FTC & Attorney General regarding GCG that you previous filed. ( Yes, file a complaint online with them & you will get a reply with a case # ) . If those that are having problems take a half hour to do this even 1 claim that prevents GCG from being the adminstrator will cost them thousands of $ for losing the contract. Hope this is beneficial to all & wish everyone a Happy Holiday season.
