I was a Member a few years back and would like to know if I am apart of this knowing I have $1,275 or more in debt from this bank how do I find out if I’m apart of this or not?
How do I find out if im part of this class action
In 2018 I became so overwhelmed with over draft fees that while talking to a man from the bank I made the comment that I felt like hanging myself and hung up. About 20 mins later 2 police officers came to my house. The bank called for a welfare check. Not sure if B.O.A really cared or if they were just making sure they were going to get more NSF fees out of me.
I need to speak with a lawyer to get some details about how the process works.
WHAT TO DO IF I AM A CUSTOMER SINCE 1985 ? HOW CAN I REMEMBER IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME ? CUT OFF DATE JUN 2023 ?
Hope I am part of it back in 2001 I could stop over draft fee
I need to be added.
I was a member of Bank of America but recently changed Banks , Will this affect my claim ?
I hope I’m part of this class action lawsuit.
