Can you please add my name to the list…
I’m still waiting on a payment for the chechia vs Bank of America. I have been a customer with b of a since before the dates that’s were posted. My account from the begin date to the end date had over $10,000 in overdraft and non sufficient funds. I did apply to be a part of this settlement before the deadline. I never got anything in the mail or emails about this, I’m glad I found out about it before the deadline. I hear, read and see that many people got their part of settlement. I have tried many times calling the # they posted in case you have questions but the number only gives info but won’t let you talk to anyone. Does anyone have an update about this settlement?
