They took so much money from me over the years. During COVID when I was unemployed, trying to feed 2 kids. Just a young mother trying to get by and I pay more in fees than I was getting in some weeks
I have been with BOA when the name change from LaSalle Bank.
Add me please
Add me yes they do charge to many fees
Yes I do get charged a lot of fees
Add me
I had lots of fees taken out and they overdrew my account for $99,999

Add me, those fees are outrageous. Most of the time the fees are higher than the overdraft end amount.
I’ve been with Bank of America since 2003. Yes charging a lot for fees.
I’ve been a customer of B of A since 2002. I have experienced the overdraft issues throughout. More recently, I was charged $600 for copies of my bank statements. These statements used to be sent out monthly. I ordered the statements accidentally not realizing the outrageous cost per copy. I live on a fixed income. I was catapulted out of my chair when I checked my online banking activity. $600 is more than half of my monthly income.
I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint. I spoke with several employees of B of A as this was going to impact my ability to pay rent.
They agreed to refund me $230 of the $600.
