Update from Sarah Mirando of TCA

Happy April, Everyone!
I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by already. Last weekend, we FINALLY enjoyed some sunny Spring weather in Portland, Oregon, which always gets the city buzzing. My 9-month-old baby finally had a chance to play in the grass for the first time, which he promptly ate :)
Last week we were busy getting 8 new open settlements up for you, including one for HIKO Energy, Northeast Dairy Farmers, and Detroit Nurses — plus the Bank of America and Family Dollar settlements listed above.
We also launched a new investigation into allegations that the drug Abilify causes compulsive behavior such as compulsive gambling and compulsive shopping. If you or a family member incurred a large amount of debt from these activities after taking Abilify, you could have a legal claim. Check it out!
That’s all for now. Hope you’re enjoying the sunshine in your corner of the world!
Warm Regards,
Sarah Mirando

We have a number of law firms who regularly preview submissions. They may have felt that your complaints weren’t actionable at this time. This doesn’t mean you don’t have a case. It just means that the attorneys we work with at this time did not want to pursue it. You are always welcome to consult your own attorney, and should you choose to go that route, we recommend checking out http://www.consumeradvocates.org/find-an-attorney. Once there, you will be able to search a broad database of specialized attorneys in your area that you may consult.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We here at Top Class Actions are so grateful for viewers like you, and wish you the best of luck in your pursuit of justice!
Im really interested in the claims against the drug Abilify. It is suppose to help with impulse control disorder when in fact I think it is really giving us a gambling addiction.
