Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning everyone! What a crazy week! Did you enjoy a long weekend? Most of my team took a half day on Friday (unless they’re in a position to work ahead.) Unfortunately when you’re with a media company there aren’t any holidays because cases are being settled, litigated, and filed daily. That means that Friday morning meant wading through cases filed on Thursday and getting updates posted. In addition, I got to deal with a technical issue where roughly HALF of you didn’t receive the newsletter last Tuesday. The other half received it on Saturday. Thankfully the team at InfusionSoft worked through the holiday AND Saturday to help track down the issue. Thanks to Lyle and Elizabeth at InfusionSoft for the help! Fingers crossed all 120,000 of you get the newsletter today!

On the home front, we had a HUGE dust storm blow through on Thursday night. If you follow me on Facebook you saw the pictures. It was our first dust storm of the monsoon season. Unfortunately dust storms are an expected devil in Phoenix. Winds topped 40 MPH and caused a bit of havoc before our planned 4th of July BBQ. Wind knocked down trees, a streetlight, and some shingles off my roof. The wind also blew my daughters playhouse into the pool. “Daddy, our house is in the pool! DADDDYYYY!!!!!!!!” Don’t worry, I fished it out :) The storm also meant that I got to spend a few hours cleaning the pool Thursday night and Friday morning so we could use it Friday afternoon. Living in Phoenix can be INTERESTING!

That’s all of the updates in Phoenix… Here are the latest lawsuit updates!
