Elations joint supplement class action lawsuit

The Elations Company LLC is facing a class action lawsuit that alleges the company falsely advertised Elations Healthier Joints Daily Joint Supplement Drink as “clinically-proven” to improve joint comfort. If you are a California resident who, at any time between May 28, 2009 and Sept. 30, 2013, purchased an Elations joint supplement drink labeled as a “clinically-proven formula” or “clinically-proven combination,” your rights could be affected by the Elations joint supplement class action lawsuit.

The Elations joint supplement class action lawsuit alleges that the “clinically-proven” statements on the labels and/or packaging of Elations Healthier Joints Daily Joint Supplement Drink are false and mislead consumers into purchasing the product. The class action lawsuit also alleges that the product’s active products, glucosamine hydrochloride and chondroitin sulfate, cannot improve joint health or relieve joint pain.

No class action settlement agreement has been reached. The Elations joint supplement lawsuit was scheduled to go to trial on Nov. 18, 2014 but has been moved to March 17, 2015.

Elations denies all of the allegations in the false advertising class action lawsuit and maintains its advertising was not false or misleading.

UPDATE: On Feb. 13, 2015, the parties entered a notice with the Court that they had reached a settlement agreement “following private mediation and several months of negotiations.” They have requested that all future trial dates be vacated pending motions for approval of the Elations class action settlement.

Omg please bring elations back. I work in a grocery store. Have bad knees. They want to do knee replacement. All I want is to be without so much pain. Elations works. Please bring it back

  2. Binx says:

I started drinking Elations joint drink back in 2007 because I have bad knees & a bad back. In 2006 my back went out & right knee locked in a very awkward position at work (needless to say I looked like a flamingo), I was in constant pain until I tried Elations joint drink. After 2 days, Elations actually helped me start moving with no pain whatsoever. This coming from a former liquor store worker. I was only 26 then, I’m 40 now & wishing Elations joint drink would come back. I can’t take acetaminophen, allergic to it, ibuprofen don’t work, & naproxen has stopped working for me also. Anyone who says working in a liquor store is easy hasn’t had to carry 4 24-pack cases of beer from one end of a store 20 feet to the coolers & have to lay on the floor just to refill the coolers. PLEASE BRING ELATIONS JOINT DRINK BACK!!!

    1. Eric B Vonsenden says:

I agree, I was a scaffold builder 14 years ago shoulders where in bad shape got a six pack of elations it was like a miracle pain went away can’t find it no where any more ?

      1. Eric B Vonsenden says:

        Joint juice ain’t the same

  3. Scott says:

i want to countersue because elations helped me and this is such BS. funny how joint juice (which does NOT work at all) is all thats around…hmmmmm wonder how that is….. Elations was nit only deliclous, but the closest thing to a real magic potion. i felt like it was an oil change for my joints. 23 year Army Vet

    1. Steven wilber says:

I agree with you,the joint juice helped me when my left knee was injured in a horse accident and swelled 3x bigger.i drank the product and my knee returned to normal in a few days.im mad this product is no longer available.

  4. TB says:

I have RA. Medication was not working for me. I tried Elation drink and I have been in remission for years now. My husband now has RA. We need this back in the stores to help us. Please bring this back or let us know where we can order this.

  5. Carrie Johnson says:

Elations worked! I had knee pain and bought Elations after seeing it advertised on tv. After drinking this product my pain went away. After months passed with no more pain I told my brother-in-law who was also suffering from agonizing knee pain. He tried Elations and had the same great results. I then told my sister as well as several coworkers and friends. All of them bought the product and it worked great for them. I am so sorry that this product is facing a law suit because of perceived miss wording! Elations works!! BRING IT BACK!!!! Some of the people who had great success with this product are now having pain again and of course want this product again instead they are being offered costly and painful cortisone shots! Please bring the Elations Product Back!

  6. LuAnn says:

Before Elations I had trouble negotiating three steps. After a week of Elations, I ran up four flights of stairs during a fire alarm to check my tenets. It wasn’t until it was over I realized what I’d done. I wish I could find it again.

  7. Linda Yam Pat says:

    BRING IT BACK…
was the best glucosamine for me, always felt my best when I was drinking them.

  8. Annie Acevedo says:

I loved elations drink I would drink it for a week and effects would last 6-7 months. I too tried joint juice and did not like it. So I read in above article that ingredients were not proven. Well then why do doctors request we take it in pill form. I have to take 2 pills daily of glucosamine and chondroitrin and have to add magnesium pill in order for joints not hurt or lock up. In my opinion if doctors are telling their patients to take pill form then its “CLINICALLY PROVEN”. Probably some pharmaceutical company behind this.

    Bring it back!
