A federal judge has preliminarily approved a $9 million settlement in the Sensa Weight Loss System class action lawsuit we first told you about in April 2011. If granted final approval, the Sensa class action settlement will provide up to $6 million in refunds to consumers who purchased Sensa prior to August 21, 2012 and who submit a claim form by the deadline of December 13, 2012.
The Sensa weight loss settlement will resolve a false advertising class action lawsuit, entitled Correa v. Sensa Products, LLC, that alleges Sensa tricked consumers into buying its “weight-loss” crystals by using marketing claims not backed by scientific proof. Sensa denies these allegations and contends that its marketing claims are substantiated by three product studies and scientific research regarding neurology and the science of smell and taste, but has agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to avoid the expense of ongoing litigation.
Class Members of the Sensa class action settlement include all U.S. consumers who purchased Sensa prior to August 21, 2012. If the court grants final approval to the Sensa settlement at the November 7, 2012 Final Fairness Hearing, Class Members who submit a Claim Form will receive a share of the $6 million settlement fund. The amount of money you will receive from the Sensa settlement will depend on, among other things, how many of the 2.6 million Class Members submit a timely and valid Claim Form.
Claim Forms must be submitted online at www.WeightLossSettlement.com or to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than December 13, 2012.

I was taking Sensa for over a month and ended up with very bad equilibrium.. I was walking into the grocery isles and running into stuff. It was embarrassing. Sensa made me sick! I paid over 100.00 and got no results except illness. Please help! I submitted my forms already but no payment. Any one have updated info on payments??
I took Sensa and got completely sick. I was walking into walls ans lost NO WEIGHT!! I did exactly what the directions said to do! I paid over 100.00 and got the run around on a refund. They wanted the unused portion returned with all the stuff not opened. No problem, but no money was refunded. Im soooo pissed… My health is sucky now because of this product!!! I want my part of the settlement!! I filed my part in august of 2012. I haven’t heard any news of payment. Any one have any advise??

I sure would like to know what happened to this class action against sensa. I had hear there was a appeal last December but I cannot find any information on it what so ever. Has anyone one heard anything or received any compensation?

Sensa is running a scram, back in October 2012; I went to the Sensa web site, to view their weight loss products and video. Sensa talked a good game but fall short on their weight loss products and their money back guarantee. As I said I went to their web site and seen what they had to offer. I went to purchase their Sensa products on their web site, I click the order button and it took me to their third party vendor Derm Store and not to their sales department, I purchase a 6 months Sensa kit and their vitamin drink. Now this is the Game Sensa plays, their vendors do not honor their Sensa’s guarantees. They have their own returns policy 30 days to 60 days, Now Sensa said sense you did not order through Sensa sales department and you ordered through their vendors, Sensa can not honor their vendor’s orders. How can Sensa web site send you to their vendor’s site, whose policies do not honor theirs guarantees on their products. Most of their vendors are 30 days to 60 days, but Sensa said in order to see what their product can do, it can take 3 months to see.
The bottom line is they have my money, their product fail and they don’t care, they have people calling them self’s supervisors for Sensa customer service, many are robots that reads from a corp. book, not listening and repeating the same question and talking over. Never letting you answers or not listening to your answers.
Now, the Derm store customer service person (Kristen) was great, she step out to see what could be done, but all her hard work was waiting on Sensa to call her to get my order ID.
DO NOT BUY SENSA PRODUCTS, THEY HAVE A GAME NOT TO RETURN YOUR MONEY AND THEIR GUARANTEES FALL SHORT.
