I had an c- section where I had to have those stomach staples in myself. It caused me to bleed, broken staple in my stomach where I had to fix myself back up. Please include me into this settlement.
I had a massive ulcer blood cloths was put on tpn. Add me too please . My doctor lost his medical license. He also had killed some patients. Dr. Scott Mims with community East hospital
I had open gastric bypass in 2000. I have a hernia that that the Dr. Says can not be removed. Said would cause more harm if they tried. It’s hitial hernia and it pushes up into my stomach causing pain everyday. At times I have what i call an episode where It comes out of no where. I call them a stomach attack which buckles me over in severe pain. Dr’s not certain what is causing the attacks. May be placement of the hernia. They take up to 30 minutes to pass. Feels almost like a muscle contractions between breast bone. This has also lead into bleeding ulcers that I get frequently. I have since also had a distal bypass 2 years ago.
I was on Cymbalta for years and when I got off those meds I knew it didn’t feel right. I had withdrawal symptoms for quite some time

Information about the staples
I have been trying to get a loan modification from Flagstar Bank. I uploaded all of my documents in a timely manner. I was denied. I appealed and was told in writing that I would not be offered a trial or permanent loan modification. I have been in forbearance! However Flagstar Bank reported to the credit bureau that missed a payment in February. Now I am unable to refinance with any other company until I make 12 consecutive payments. My payments are too high that’s why I asked for help! But according to Flagstar Bank, I do not qualify for anything with them!

Had to have a second surgery getting ready to have a third surgery to remove another hernia caused by the Gathering of the Staples so it went from a gastric sleeve to a roux-en-y- surgery
I had a faulty suture staple with my gastric bypass that caused hemorrhaging and reoperation. Sepsis, and multiple operations.
