    I also am trying to come off of my Cymbalta. I was prescribed it for my depression, I now have severe issues with my feet-they have burning issues and my hands especially at night. This symptom just popped up out of the blue. Can’t wear shoes anymore because my feet is so tender.
    Please contact me if there’s anything you hear of a class action lawsuit going on or any lawsuit for this horrible drug that no psychiatrist or any doctor should ever be able to give to their patients without telling them-hey if you ever have any issues after so many years such as scalding feet (feels like on some days)don’t be alarmed-it’s just this drug and you may have brain zaps if you try to bring yourself off of this drug no matter how slow you go, seizures, cluster headaches, muscle cramps, body zaps, baddd memory fog, memory loss, etc. the list goes on. BUT, the psych never told me any of that-none! Only that I would feel better very soon. 😧

    I am wondering if there is going to be an another lawsuit against z pak? In 2010 I suffered from a heart failure and was hospitalized for 12 days! Half my heart stop working and we called in my family to prepare for review worst! On the 10th going on 11th day my heart starting functioning again and at that point I had a team of cardiologists that had no explanation for why or what had happened, and along with that I was diagnosed with not 1 but 3 different heart problems that no one in my family seems to suffer from 1 long qt 2 arrhythmia 3 tachycardia!! And when they did ultra sounds and ct scans of my heart they noticed a liaison on my liver !! That is still there today and. Has began to grow!! I was at this time a 36 year old lady and was in my top physical condition!! Because I boxed professionally and worked out and kept my self healthy ,,, I believe my liver and other problems are to to the z pak that at the time my doctor was treating a acute ear infection along with a cholesteatoma !!! So at least over a 6 month period I was prescribed zpak 3 or more times ! But I know the settlement for heart problems has pass but now finding all these years later that zpak has been a cause of liver problems will there be a lawsuit open up for that???

    My mortgage service company Flagstar Bank encouraged me to submit a loss mitigation application for loan modification programs available including governmental assistance and in-house options for recovering payments due in arrears from the Covid-19 pandemic forbearance period. However, at the same time they turned our loan over to an attorney’s office to pursue foreclosure sale. In doing so the attorney’s office issued a Notice of Acceleration on October 5, 2022 with a foreclosure sale date of November 1, 2022. This meant a 27 day window to cure. Flagstar continued to help us complete the application and told us on many occasions “as soon as the application is validated complete and goes to underwriting the foreclosure will be withdrawn automatically”. Then with only 5 business days remaining before the foreclosure sale a supervisor from the escalations department told me the application must be received a minimum of 37 days prior to foreclosure to give them time to review it and prepare alternatives for modification so our application was being removed from consideration for not being filed 37 days prior to the foreclosure sale date, even though we were not given “Notice of Intent to Accelerate” until 27 calendar days before the foreclosure sale date. We have now protected the home under USA chapter 13 legal filing, but feel like Flagstar and the legal team they hired to represent them have violated the law with noncompliant foreclosure actions and should be held accountable. Flagstar has been assisted with federal funding several times throughout its history including a large TARP bailout, but when the little guy gets hurt by the global pandemic, they don’t want to return the same type of compassion and have no problem breaking the law in a hurry to foreclose on an asset that is worth far more than the loan value they are protecting.

      Dear Michael,
      I too have fallen prey to Flagstar’s deceptive tactics when it has come to my COVID loan modification, which unfortunately for me ended in a non judicial foreclosure sale of my home recently. I had originally got approved for a streamline loan modification with partial claim that was a great deal and would have worked prefect for me but they delivered the loan mod docs to my residence 7 days AFTER they were to be signed/ notarized (December 1st 2021). I notified Flagstar Bank who said the docs would be redrafted and sent to me with time to sign and return. i called every two weeks asking about the status of the docs and kept getting the run around from employees who seemed to know nothing of my file or situation and never took any notes, i thankfully did and recorded most phone calls). After 4 months of following up I get notified instead that i have been put into foreclosure (May 2022) and that the original loan mod no is no longer available to me. I argued with escalation managers for a a few months on their untimeliness of delivery and how it caused me to lose my loan mod and put me into foreclosure which obliterated my credit score. To add insult to injury, my vehicles engine had catastrophic engine failure in july of 2022 leading to the loss of my job and all my clients for a business i was just getting off the ground. then i had no way to aquire a loan to repair my vehicle or to purhase a new one due to the foreclsoure on my credit report. I requested loan information from as well as for a Single Point of Contact. both of which i didnt recieve and in fact the escalation manager straight gave me a bogus name (Brooks) that I called and looked for for weeks before being told that my Single Point of Contact’s name is Andrew (October 2022). I did give in and reapply for a loan modification as they told me I really need to “stop looking at the past and start worrying about my future.” Although i wasnt working due to overhauling my vehicle to get back to work, I had roommates now that were paying rent and could show the mortgage covered and they simply let my loan modification just sit there while Lundeberg & Associates just ran out there time to foreclose. I never recieved the Notice of Sale fro mthe Trustee due to the Trustee instructing one of my tenants that was home at the time that she was just “posting a flyer, and that my tenant could take and get rid of it once she leaves, all non-chalantly. needless to say the only reason i even knew about the sale was because i was checking Zillow one day and noticed. Then had to go back through my ring video records to find the day the Trustee showed up. I quickly got a hold of Lunberg to voice my problem with the “bad faith” posting of the sale notice on my door. I also made Lundberg aware that I had a buyer ready and willing to purchse the home from me for $385k, $105k more than the home’s starting bid was listed at ($280k). i could pay off the loan and allow myself to leave with some of my equity, it would simply take a week or two. They blew me off didnt respond to me, and went on with the non judicial action to sell my home for the opening bid of $280k. i pulled over 10 price estimates from many different sites and found the average listed value of my property is $430,000 at the time. No i am fighting an “unlawful detainer” lawsuit against the “new owners” of the home, while filing my wrongfully foreclsoure lawsuit, while going through divorce from my wife due to the overwhelming distress and uncertanty of our home situation, all while being broke, without a vehicle, my family, my children, or an attorney to help me since i am broke and could get a loan due to the very foreclosure i am trying to challenge.. Its been a nightmare! Flagstar Bank violates many statues pretaining to loan servicing and foreclosure. their actions harm borrowers and cause complete and utter financial ruin to honest homeowners, all in the name of greed. I wish a class action attorney would help us out as this company is doing the same horrible actions they got sued for back in 2015 to the tune of 50 million by the cfpb. WE, the homeowners, should be put through this distress and suffering due to flagstars incompetitience or negligence. They need to be held accountable for the damge they have caused in borrowers lives and I hope the CFPB decided to shut them done for good so that this never happens to anyone again. good luck on your battle and if you have any resources or guidance that may help me, Id hugely appreciate it.     I feel I have a substantial lawsuit against Benacar which caused me to have Celiac Sprue, Gout and Stage 3 Kidney disease. Are there any lawsuits still pending that I can join?
