Humphreys homeopathy

A federal court has preliminarily approved a $1.4 million class action lawsuit settlement between Humphreys Pharmacal and consumers who allege they were duped into purchasing the company’s homeopathic remedies based on misleading and confusing claims about their efficacy and ingredients. If you purchased a Humphreys homeopathic product within the past five years, you may be entitled to receive up to $10 cash for each eligible product you purchased.

The Humphreys homeopathic settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, titled Nigh v. Humphreys Pharmacal Inc., et al., that alleges Humphreys and its parent company, Dickinson Brands, falsely or deceptively labeled and marketed Humphreys homeopathic products sold in the United States.

Defendants deny any wrongdoing but have established a $1.4 million class action settlement fund to pay claims to eligible Class Members. The settlement has been preliminarily approved by the court but is still subject to final court approval.

I learned about Humphrey 11 from my mother. I use #11 all of my young life to help with regulating my menstrual cycle. Before being diagnosed with thyroid disease I showed them to the doctor because he wasn’t familiar with them. I had numerous miscarriages because of an incompetent crevice and was wondering (my daughter read up on them) if they (Humphrey 11) may have contributed to it.

I learned about Humphrey’s homoeopathy Medicine from my grandmother and I swear by them. I used them for my children’s teething, and so many other uses. So sorry people ruined a good thing. I believe this was a GREAT product.

I had used Humphrey #3’s with all my 6 children they truly were the best teething pellets I had ever used…. They worked so well with my Children during those challenging teething years…. I am so sad that I am not able to purchase them for my grandchildren…..

  4. Sue swanstrom says:

I used the fever pills for my kids and they worked great. It’s a shame people are always just looking for ways to get money out of companies that are doing good for people.

  5. Lisa McDonald says:

I used Humphrys 3 for colic during the 80’s because my sister in law recommended them because she was into anything and e everything natural. I was eager to try them since my son was inconsolable for hours at a time…What a rip off! They did absolutely nothing. But I continued using them in the hope that it would work. It never did. So I got curious and tired of what I was growing convinced was nothing more than a scam, and I put one of the little white beads in my mouth (that’s what they were at the time) and literally, all they were was pure sugar, no more no less. I’m glad somebody sued them.

I bought 7 & 77 many years ago on sale and forgot about them until a couple weeks ago when I caught a cold from my boss. I was searching for something to use and found these. Even so old they worked! I’m so sad to see someone had to destroy a great product.

    2. Rene Robinson says:
