Same. Out over 2,000 for Elton John Chicago. But ok Elton cancels because he has covid. Also scheduled in summer and rescheduled for February storm where travel not advised. Also no mention of vaccination required when we bought tickets. Covid sucks and so does vivid seats.

  2. Ava Johnson says:

I filled out the form and mailed it in last summer for this class action and I have been patiently waiting for almost $400 to be mailed to me. They have a credit on my account but there’s no way I’m using that they are a total scam! I did everything I was supposed to do so where’s my refund?!

I purchased 2 tickets to Elton John concert on December 18, 2019 for $506.80. Which was then cancelled by Vivid Seats on March 1, 2020 due to Covid pandemic. They rescheduled the event in April of 2022 which we can’t attend. They wouldn’t refund our seats, so that’s why I’m sending you this note. Our order number 31606182. My cell # 267-394-3739

But the concert is november 5 2021 , and the canadian /usa boarder made the annoucment that it is opening up to us november 8th! we paid almost $2000 for these tickets and vivid seats was not able or refused to honor a refund or even help us at least be able to resell the tickets to usa residents who could attend the show! its a huge disappointment and such a large sum of $$$$ that we are out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  7. Elizabeth Rose says:

I got Covid and was not able to attend a Luke combs tickets. I paid $900 for them and they would not refund them. So I’m out $900. This company is so wrong what they are doing to people. They take our money and we get nothing!

In 2019 I purchased 6 tickets for the rolling stones for May 2020. The event was postponed. I tried to get a refund but was told not unless the event was canceled but my tickets would still be good. Fast forward to this year. Event rescheduled for Oct 2021. A few weeks prior I went to view my tickets to make sure I had then and when I logged in to vivid I click the link for my tickets and it takes me to ticketmaster website. But instead of tickets it said refund has been submitted. I emailed I called I chatted to try to get access to my tickets but I was unable to get anyone to assist me. All they did was blame each other and say reach out to them. Now vivid wants to deny my refund. I am put almost 700.
