Those who purchased Roundup Concentrate products for personal or household use may be able to file a claim for 50 percent reimbursement of the weighted average retail price.

This is what is written on their their page:
Distribution of Class Member Checks began today, January 19, 2020. If you made a claim but do not receive a check within approximately 10-14 days, it is likely your claim was disallowed.
So I guess got left out, geez!
they declined mine saying it was filed after the filing date. I have email showing it was filed 1 month before filing date ran out and I can prove it. sent it to them and and still hope to get check but it shows how they are denying claims falsly.
I got the same thing. I have the email showing I filed about a month before the deadline. I emailed it to them then they changed it saying the date I put on my file was not in the statute for my state. this is also false they just are not paying some for some reason.
Still nothing here.

got my $44.00 check ( California)
This is bull! Claims disallowed if more than max units allowed were claimed. Claim form states 20 units per household will be reimbursed at 1/2 retail price. But if u look on the site giving reasons u did not get check anyone who claimed more than max, claims will be disallowed and they have changed the max amount of units on many all of which are uber 20
I was disallowed because of more than 20 units claimed. This is NOT true! What can we do????
$55 rec’d 1/25/20
$426 in SC
Still nothing here in Indiana.
Got $265 check yesterday
Received $140.00 yesterday in California.
Sure it’s not the biggest check but it will still buy a little weed! Check amount $22.50
I wanted to post a picture of the check but how do I do that?
