Monsanto Roundup Concentrate Plus

Consumers who purchased Roundup Weed & Grass Killer Concentrate Plus or Roundup Weed & Grass Killer Super Concentrate may be entitled to a cash payment under the terms of a $21.5 million class action settlement.

Those who purchased Roundup Concentrate products for personal or household use may be able to file a claim for 50 percent reimbursement of the weighted average retail price.

Consumers who bought the Roundup products in California on or after Oct. 13, 2012 are considered eligible Class Members, while residents of other states who purchased the products on or after April 5, of the relevant year under their state’s statute of limitations may also be able to file a claim.

The settlement resolves two class action lawsuits against Monsanto over the Roundup Concentrate products. According to the class actions, the products were advertised as having the ability to create more spray than they were actually capable of making.

Monsanto admits no liability in the class action lawsuits, but agreed to pay $21.5 million to resolve the litigation. Class Members can claim refunds for eight varieties of Roundup Concentrates listed in the settlement agreement equivalent to approximately one-half of their weighted average retail price during the relevant Class Period. Claims are limited to 20 units per household.

Class Members can object to the settlement or exclude themselves from it by submitting a written request no later than March 6, 2018.

Does anyone have the email address that the original confirmation email came from, such as the one that might contain claim number. I know some don’t send a confirmation. I lost my claim number and Informed Delivery shows I should have received it, but I didn’t.

Hi Khrysse, it’s info@RoundupConcentrateSettlement.com, back in early December I had the same thing happen at my post office. They scanned a settlement check (a different one from Roundup) on Informed Delivery that never showed up in my mailbox. I notified the post office but they couldn’t find it. I ended up emailing the Settlement Administrator saying the post office lost my mail or it was possibly stolen. I didn’t even have my claim number, just gave them my full name and a screenshot from the post office Informed Delivery showing the letter was scanned but never came. After about 3 weeks they emailed me back saying they sent another check, & I received that check about 2 weeks after the email. Hopefully it will work for you too. Good luck!

    3. owen rider says:

if that’s true that informed delivery shows you are receiving a payment, then you have the claim number right there on the front of the envelope. also… it is the post office you need to contact if you have not received the mail.
