Is this for California residents only?
This particular settlement is not just for CA residents. The FAQs on the settlement website provide information about which states are included, and the class period for each state: https://www.roundupconcentratesettlement.com/content/documents/Appendix1StautesofLimitationsByState.pdf.
I have tried to file a claim for the Round up class action but the server is not sending any data and thus will not allow me to pull up the app. to file on line or other wise. Does any one have an answer to this frequently experienced problem ?
I don’t know if Its the server or what, but I’ve left info pertaining to my mother and how to reach her and me, and have heard NOTHING!
