A settlement has been proposed in a class action lawsuit involving text messages sent from certain retail companies to consumers without their express consent. If you received a text message from one of these retailers, you may be entitled to a $105 payment from the class action settlement.
The MoGreet text spam settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit (Lockett v. MoGreet Inc.) that alleges certain retailers would send text message advertisements to consumers through MoGreet’s mobile platform or one of its affiliated service providers (YesMail Inc. and InfoGroup Inc.) in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
MoGreet denies the allegations but has agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the expense and uncertainty of trial.
Who’s Eligible
Class Members of the MoGreet text spam settlement include all individuals in the United States who received an unauthorized text message from any of the following retailers:

I just called The GCG administrator website number. A representative told me they are not finished processing the claims for this settlement and have no idea when settlement checks will be sent.
Way past 70 days. Should have been resolved by now
I called the 1-800-327-3664 number today and spoke with an representative. I asked her about my claim and she said she do not know when they will be distribute. So, I asked her was my claim rejected or approve. She only said to me was they have my claim and when it is time for them to send out payments if it is approve I would found out when the payments were sent out. She did not say if my claim was Approve or Rejected. I don’t know how people are saying on here their claim is rejected because the representative is not telling you if you claim is rejected or approve.
their website says august. that probably means the 31st unless they change it again
I spoke to one them yesterday I was rejected but that’s not what they said last month when I called oh well
I was told today my claim is invalid…after months and months of being told they HAD my claim…..and a check would be issued
Wow…Alicia Ann Cassady, I apologize, it seems everyone got a different message today. They are doing what it takes to not pay these claims…its starting to be a waste of time to even fill the claims out.
so the garden city group was much more helpful, the settlement admins, have found way to keep most of the money! if u filed more than 1 number from same address, ALL CLAIMS were denied. heres the number to call 1-800-327-3664, they were very helpful. so no check for me, cuz I filed more than 1 number on my line! I have 5 people on my tmobile acct!
I called today and was told no checks were released and they do not have a date for distribution. Why do people get on here and lie like this. Because they have no list to reference all claims were approved!!! Came directly from claim administrator. Stop lying, get a life!
well I just phoned 2day july 29th 18889859195 and asked them to research my phone numbers, they came back on the line and said my claims were rejected, I am not getting a check, and all checks have been issued for whomever was eligible?
