A settlement has been proposed in a class action lawsuit involving text messages sent from certain retail companies to consumers without their express consent. If you received a text message from one of these retailers, you may be entitled to a $105 payment from the class action settlement.
The MoGreet text spam settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit (Lockett v. MoGreet Inc.) that alleges certain retailers would send text message advertisements to consumers through MoGreet’s mobile platform or one of its affiliated service providers (YesMail Inc. and InfoGroup Inc.) in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
MoGreet denies the allegations but has agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the expense and uncertainty of trial.
Who’s Eligible
Class Members of the MoGreet text spam settlement include all individuals in the United States who received an unauthorized text message from any of the following retailers:

curiosity check point!!! If my calculating is correct the 70th day will be this Friday the 11th of July.
I just called and the dude said they don’t know when checks will be mailed nor what the amounts will be. Said to keep checking back. Probably be a few weeks who knows! Just gives you the run around.
they did not send checks when by court order they were supposed to. they shut down their website. they have found out a way to not pay. screwed again!
I st time ive been on here, sooo-after 20 min hold calling 18889859195. giving all my info,ect- I was told my check wasn’t anywhere, because they haven’t heard from the courts? as to release monies?my claim got forwarded to a claim specialist to investigate, and that’s as far as its gone,,, im in Elyria ohio… july 7th…
