A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit alleging Babolat VS North America Inc. falsely advertised the qualities of some of its tennis racquets. If you purchased certain Babolat tennis racquets endorsed by professional tennis players or advertised and labeled with GT Technology or tungsten from Jan. 1, 2009 through Nov. 11, 2014, you could be eligible for compensation from the class action settlement.
According to the false advertising class action lawsuit, Babolat made false claims in its advertising on the Internet, in magazines and other publications and on television that tennis professionals who endorse Babolat tennis request play with the same racquets available for sale to the public. However, the plaintiffs allege that the professionals’ racquets are allegedly different from the retail versions available in the United States. The plaintiffs also allege that Babolat labeled some tennis racquets with GT Technology as containing tungsten even though they allegedly did not contain tungsten.
Babolat denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.

If you look on the Facebook page some one posted a picture of a legit check for Babolat dated the 13th of July. I would say you should see a check this week, unless there is a hold up on your particular check for some reason.
Hey Roxiaa, I was commenting on a poster who had claimed he had received a check for $1000 on July 5th. But you clearly were offended by my comment, so maybe there is something there. You know what they say: if the shoe fits… Oh, also, I am going to venture a guess: you never played a day of tennis in your life…
Sure Tim..you are one PETTY person. I’m pretty sure you haven’t played yourself! Didn’t I just see you over in the FLAX SETTLEMENT?! Have a good day Tim!

Pat from michigan just got a check for 40 bucks thanks
Damn! I got 20 bucks.
How do you know the Babolat. are being mailed on JULY 13,2015?
Who did you email?
I emailed jquinn@rustconsulting.com his name is john quinn and i emailed him and asked for the status of my claim, he emailed me back on june 14 stating my claim was approved and payments are scheduled to mail july 13, and for Tim who previously commented, get a life. who tf has time to sit in these forums wasting their lives with false info. You got to be a REAL PETTY to do that! Good luck to those who filed, payments are in the mail as of today! Good Day :)
Thank you for the reliable, pertinent information. Good luck to everyone on their claims.
You email the administration. They said it is true that packages of tennis balls are part of the settlement. But you must ask for them. You can also get expedited payment only if you certify that your claim is legitimate.
Lol. Sounds like their putting in the money on this settlement. Shipping balls aint cheap!
That’s what I would like to know
Lots of comments on here that are just silly but has anyone truly received a check from this settlement?
