I had a heloc with Wachovia at a very low interest rate but was adjustable, I also had a fixed rate mortgage with Wachovia. after about a year My heloc started to go up in interest, I then tried to get a new mortgage with another mortgage co and learned my fico score was 625 and I had not had any missed payments.
