How Many People Do You Need to File a Class Action Lawsuit?

A class action lawsuit may be filed by one plaintiff or a group of plaintiffs. However, in order to qualify as a class action lawsuit, the plaintiffs must be able to show that a large number of other people suffered similar harm and will be similarly affected by the outcome of the lawsuit. The plaintiffs will serve as Class representatives and bring the litigation on behalf of putative Class Members.

After the class action lawsuit is filed, the defendant will have a chance to respond to the litigation. Eventually, the class action lawsuit may make it to the Class certification stage. At this point, the plaintiffs will file a motion with the court asking the judge to certify one or more Classes and/or subclasses.

How Many Class Members Do You Need?

In most cases, there is no specific number of putative Class Members required before a plaintiff files a class action lawsuit. The legal requirement is that the Class be “so numerous that the joinder of all members is impractical.” This means that the group of people being represented in the class action lawsuit is so large that it would be extremely difficult or impossible to bring each member before the court to appear as the plaintiff party. The issue of whether Class certification is appropriate in a case depends on the specific facts and circumstances of the case.

My second message is about a timing issue with the largest cryptocurrencies wallet and the fact that they CAN’T OR WON’T verify who i am for over 6 months. Now I am being blown off by you guys now !

I found your 2016 class action suit against Lennox for their faulty evaporation coils. The deadline to file and join this class action suit was December of 2016. So what happens to the rest of us that received faulty air condition coils after that date since Pulte Homes continues to put in the same Lennox units with the same faulty coils. My unit is only 2 years and 10 months old and the coil went bad.

Somebody need to class action American Honda. I bought a brand new car. Had reasonable expectations for a brand new car not to have any cosmetic mechanical and non-mechanical defects. Car had too many non-mechanical and cosmetic defects from day one. I spent a lot of time waiting in service area, going through the hassle of rentals and loaners, lies and deception from commissioned service advisors and managers to blow me off and give me the runaround. The most disgusting experience with a brand new car ever. I do not get paid to waste endless hours at dealerships. Myself and another family member had to take time off to bring this POS american honda crapped out to the dealers to fix factory defects from day one. American Honda does not care and does not want to compensate/reimburse for the time i wasted because Honda sell name, not quality. I can’t be the only one.

Century Link was Qwest, as well Dex has been a part of the scam family for many years now.
Around 2002 I signed up for yellow pages advertising that cost between $800 & $900 per month.
The advertising I’ve never known to auto renew at the start of the new year.

The business my advertising generated from one year there was no need to carry another year of it costing close to a thousand dollars a month.
The DEX made the call to run the add a second year, which happen to not be desired for a real good reason I was going through divorce and was in no position to handle the volume of calls or work generated.
DEX continously taunted me to no end.

And for years it affected my business my stress level, my financial situation, as well my mental health and family dynamic’s.

It was more than I could ever imagine encountering over business advertising !!!
