CRT Antitrust Litigation Class Action Settlement – Did you own an old television or computer monitor that used a cathode ray tube between 3/1/1995 and 11/25/2007? You probably did. Unfortunately she wasn’t aware of the risks, and alleges they were kept hidden by Pfizer.
Apple Hit with Zip Code Collection Class Action Lawsuit – Apple has been hit with a class action lawsuit that claims retail store employees forced customers into providing their ZIP codes during credit card purchases and then sold this information to third-party companies for marketing purposes.
Study Links Testosterone Therapy to Heart Attack, Stroke, Death – Men who partake in testosterone therapy have an increased risk of experiencing a heart attack, stroke or death, a new study finds. In fact, the study found that users had a 30% higher risk.

Update from the President
Good morning everyone! I hope you had a FANTASTIC week! I was bouncing around southern California meeting with clients with the goal of bringing YOU more settlements and lawsuits to participate in. It was a great trip! Thankfully I really enjoy spending time with my clients. There are a number of new class actions happening and we’ll report on them for you!
In the meantime, I’ve seem to come down with a cold of some sort. I snuffling and coughing and making my girls sad because I can’t chase after them. I’ve got to rest and recover!
