Many different women have contemplated or already filed an Essure birth control lawsuit due to complications and side effects they say they were never told about.

An Essure birth control lawsuit might be the only way for these individuals who have been hurt after receiving Essure, a permanent birth control device, to get compensation for their injuries.

Some of the most common allegations in the Essure birth control lawsuits include, failing to track complications, failing to report or even actively concealing adverse events linked to Essure, failing to have a complete risk analysis for the device, handing out equipment to physicians without appropriate training, encouraging doctors to sell Essure to patients, failing to train doctors on how to use Essure and failing to disclose the more than 16,000 medical device complaints about suspected malfunction to the FDA.
