Baby Trend has recalled around 310 of its Cityscape Travel Jogger Strollers over concerns they have defective parking brakes which can fail, presenting a child fall and injury hazard.

The recalled strollers were sold with a car seat as part of a travel package and have Baby Trend printed on their frame, according to the Baby Trend recall.

Baby Trend has told consumers to immediately stop using the recalled Cityscape Travel Jogger Strollers and—along with Amazon—says it is contacting known purchasers directly with information on how to return the strollers.

Consumers who purchased the strollers can return them for free in order to receive either a full refund or a $175 voucher that can be used on Baby Trends online store, according to the Baby Trend recall.

Recalled Baby Trend strollers sold online by Baby Trend and Amazon

Baby Trend says consumers who are not contacted about the recall by either itself or Amazon should contact the company directly.

The recalled strollers were sold online at both Babytrend.com and Amazon.com for around $175 from between January 2021 and May 2021, according to the Baby Trend recall.

Baby Trend says it has not received any reports of either incidents or injuries as a result of the recall.

Consumers who want more information about the recall can contact Baby Trend directly either by email, online, or by phone at 800-328-7363.

Also this month, UPPAbaby announced it was recalling around 14,400 of its All-Terrain RIDGE Jogging Strollers after a child got their fingertrip stuck in its rear disc brakes, resulting in amputation.
