I am not happy with the settlement administrator Epiq Systems. Instead of the requested cash award in the form of the check, they sent me a gift certificate. I tried to resolve this matter by emailing them, but did not get the favorable resolution of this matter. I mailed their gift certificate back to them. Let them use it, as I don’t need it.
