T-Mobile has implemented an SMS refund program for current and former T-Mobile customers who may have incurred unauthorized charges for third party premium SMS (text message) services. If you paid for unauthorized premium text message services, you are entitled to a refund.
Premium SMS services are text messaging programs provided by third-party companies. These services included monthly subscriptions to services that provide text messages with sports scores, weather information, horoscopes or jokes. Some charges for these text messaging services were reportedly unauthorized by consumers. According to T-Mobile, premium text message services became active on customers’ accounts when they responded to a short code or entered their phone number at a company’s website.
T-Mobile has discontinued the Premium SMS Text Message services at the end of 2013, and the last bills showing a charge for these services were produced in February 2014.
Who’s Eligible
Current and former T-Mobile customers who incurred unauthorized Premium Text Message charges can participate in the T-Mobile refund program.
Note: Premium Text Message charges for charitable contributions, campaign donations, and inmates’ collect calls are not eligible.
Potential Award
T-Mobile customers who wish to claim a refund may submit a Claim Form for either:
- The amount of Premium Text Message charges you identify as unauthorized; or
- A flat amount of $40 to cover all Unauthorized Premium Text Message charges.
Proof of Purchase
To be eligible for benefits from the T-Mobile refund program, you must provide your name, mailing address, phone number and email address, as well as your T-Mobile account information.
If you are seeking a full refund for the unauthorized premium text message charges, you must submit an account summary or T-Mobile account records specifying any charges you did not authorize.
To help you make a Refund Claim for specific Unauthorized Premium Text Message charges, you can request a free account summary showing Premium Text Message charges (and credits, if any) charged to your T-Mobile account since July 2010. The deadline to request an Account Summary is April 30, 2015.

What if you cant remember tne account number or your old phone number.
Mucho dinero .
Me an robado
I gave the information for all four lines on my account. However, when I filled out of the claim form for the flat fee of $40.00, it seemed like I would only receive one $40.00 check. However, there were three other lines on the account which received these fees. Will I get a $40.00 for each phone number or just one?
I was was reimbursed $79.00
