sorry Phil, I didn’t want to post my real email here. Anyway, I wanted to tell you that I am in the same situation as you.
I am targeted by GCG & FTC. Not sure about Rust. I have explained to GCG that we are a very large family here. We do one claim per person and getting blacklisted. I have not received any of the last 6 GCG class actions.
I can’t due anything to get of their target list. And the claims were for no receipt requested. It’s so wrong!
Hi Phil, #208 #209—Can you please contact me at mehkjawzwhejoqx@jetable.org
Thanks… (EDITOR’S NOTE – Phil, the email address Robin left is a throwaway/anonymous/temporary email address. Be careful what information you share…)
Spoke to representative today. Now they say they can not find my resend receipts which earlier they said they have it and was attached in my claim and will take at least 1 to 2 months to process .My claim was tageed like many other people so they are not going to even consider .Just rejection on anything and everything I file with Garden city Group . seems someone went in claim and removed my receipts and kept claim rejected. I am sick of this low life city Group discrimination
Christine please dont feel bad. They are doing to thousands like this.GCG is out of control. They have tagged my family on every claim. weather we have receipts or not. we give receipts even not needed we get rejected .no notification at all. Its like silent no answer and rejection. Escalation, project leader, call back all are bunch of hog wash saying they cant valilate? Validate what my swang? when there is no proof of purchase required for buying 10 cups of yogurt 5 years ago or shoes or mouthwash. Just reject. We hope this attorneys realize and fire GCG from this handling .Rust is doing same too.
my claim was rejected because they said i filed for other class action lawsuits. I have the shoes and have pictures and the box still….why should it be rejected. I got them like 4 or 5 years ago. I don’t have the receipt….noone will respond to my emails. I am not happy. I have these shoes….i should have received a check.
Dear Claimant,
Your claim in the Skechers Settlement was rejected because our records show that you filed several claims in different Federal Trade Commission matters over a short period of time OR there were multiple claims filed from the same address. These filings led your Skechers claim to be tagged as requiring supporting documentation. If you can provide proof of purchase for your claim, please mail it to the address above and your claim will be reconsidered. There is no guarantee that your claim will be accepted.
If you have already provided proof of purchase in order to have your claim reconsidered, please disregard this letter.
When filing your claim form, you affirmed your understanding that the decision of the Class Action Settlement Administrator was final and binding. You also affirmed your understanding that the claim form may be subject to audit, verification and Court review. You may refer back to your filed claim forms if you have questions about your affirmations.
If you have any questions about this letter, please call the Settlement Administrator toll free at 1 (866) 325-4186.
