If your family name with address is on their database you are on their black targeted list. They will not approve your claim. will put it a side. They will not inform you at all.If you call GCG or Rust any admin they will send your message to headquarter in case of GCG in seattle and someone so called project leader will ask a low profile woman to call you saying your claim was not approved with B.S reasons. If you submitted receipts to prove you will be told it was inadequete and thus you are not qualified. Basically they are harrasing you and telling you will not be eligible BECAUSE you are on their targeted list. You can send receipts whats required but you will not get a positive answer period. Woman hs access to all your claims you filed in last 5 years on screen and see what you send they have photocopies of your receipts on screen and still will reject you which is unlawful but they are doing it . Someone is backing them to do this .Someday they will be sued big time for persuing this inequality and unjustice and using peoples private info for aqbuse. Medical related settlement claims they are denying with no response, eventh o you have physicians, pharmacies or store receipts. WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CLAIMS at all. Years go by you wont even know it.Abusing techquique at best GCG and Rust…

  8. Phil says:

500,000 checks were mailed to the ones who do not have walborn, new balance or reebok claims..If you had any of those you have been targeted and disqualified by administrator even if you had receipts ,which is totally against law. They are abusing innocent customers without proper cause.

  9. mr. b says:

They are going to keep on denying people untill they are actually sue so if all we do is talk about it nothing is going to change and their going to keep getting away with it.

  10. Upset In Georgia says:

FTC is involved in denying alot of these claims due to fact if you have 2 or more people receiving mail at the same address they will deny your claim and ask you to produce receipts. Who in the **ll keeps receipts, when you purchase these shoes and they take your money they don’t ask you any of these questions: 1. The number of individuals living in your household, 2. Keep your receipt for x number of years, we may have a lawsuit against us, 3. What’s your name?, 4. Can we take a picture of your wearing these terrible a** shoes., and 5. The FTC may get mad and deny your claims if you can’t produce any documentation. What is going on with this lawsuit. The lawyers are getting away like fat rats they should have denied them their payout as well.
