I was a member of this class action suit. I received a letter on jan 24, 2012 saying that they were unable to issue me a check because the information I previously submitted about my lawnmower was insufficient or incomplete. I submitted the engine ID # again and called the 1-877-773-8196 number thereafter and was told I was to get a check for 10.19 on 4/23/12. I waited sometime and when i called the number again it was no longer vaild. I would appreciate someone looking into this matter and why I was never compensated for this lawsuit.
Thank you
I still have not received a dime after submitting my information in June of 2010. The 877 number is no longer in service.
I also mailed it cert.and sent an e mailed all, then they wanted the same info again so i mailed them all info a total of three. NO MONEY, NO WARRANTY WORK DONE AND MY 1195.00 mower does not run well when i get it going, it is only 3.5 years old. THE LAWYERS SHOULD BE SUED. Can’t trust or believe Lawyers, used car salesman.
I submitted all information on time also and still haven’t received anything. The phone is also disconnected.
