Consumers who purchased Babyganics baby care products may be entitled to cash from a $2.215 million paid out by the maker, KAS Direct LLC, as a part of a Babyganics class action settlement over alleged false advertising.
The Babyganics false advertising settlement will end allegations that KAS Direct misleadingly marketed its products as organic and made from “mineral-based” ingredients.” Products included in the my Babyganics settlement include: Babyganics brand lotions, toothpaste, shampoo, diaper rash cream, and sunscreen.
The Babyganics skincare lawsuit alleged that consumers purchased Babyganics products based on advertising touting the products as organic.
Under the terms of the Babyganics class action settlement, Class Members will be entitled to either a full refund with proof of purchase or partial reimbursement without proof of purchase for up to eight Babyganics items.
The Babyganics false advertising settlement also requires KAS Direct to update Babyganics products packaging and advertising to help consumers understand whether the ingredients in the product are organic.
KAS Direct admits no wrongdoing under the terms of the Babyganics false advertising settlement agreement.
Class Members can object or exclude themselves from the Babyganics class action settlement by Oct. 10, 2018.

I used these diapers in my daughter thinking they were a better option for her and the environment. I’m so disappointed.
I frequently bought 192ct boxes of babyganics diapers. I did not see that size on the list of products. Will I be reimbursed the correct amount?
I have used this sunscreen on my baby thinking it was one of the best as compared to other brands. And after doing a lot of research!! This stuff is not cheap either!!
I used this sunscreen on my 1!yr old grandson who is being raised all all organic foods and products i am so upset that I may have I advertenly exposed him to a falsely advertised product.
I would appreciate a refund
Definitely upset about this. In fact beyond pissed! I trusted this company and now I find out this! I barely keep receipts for super expensive items, why would I keep them for this stuff?!!!
I’m trying to upload my proof of purchases but every file format I try gives me an error for invalid file format. Does anyone know the proper format to upload documentation?
I had the same issue. Did you figure it out?
I successfully uploaded PDF files.
The proof of purchase expectations are absolutely ridiculous! Who would ever save a receipt for soap from 8 years ago? This is terrible.
Just another way for them to weasel out of paying for there lies. I think when companies falsify information like that they should be ordered to pay double.
I have Lots of Babyorganics Products in my house for my grandchildren! My olsdest granddaughter is 10! There is no possible way I would have receipts for these items!
WOW, I’ve been using their products on my twins for 5 years! The endless boxes of diapers for my twins… why would I ever save a receipt for that? The sunscreen, the wipes, the shampoo!!!! So pissed. Hopefully I can get money for the 8 maximum they allow you to claim without having a receipt. Shame on them.
I can’t believ this!i have no receipts and I have been using 2 this brand for 2 years now, why on earth would I save receipts!like I knew this would happen what a waste!!!
