Update from the President of TCA

Good morning everyone! I hope you had an incredible week! I was lucky enough to celebrate nine wonderful years with my beautiful bride. It’s been such an amazing journey. When we first met I was in debt up to my eyeballs and had JUST gotten back into a job with a future (prior to that I was slinging cargo for Delta at the airport). Over the years I made my way back up the corporate ladder, we got married, we had two beautiful children and I started my own company. Now we are a successful couple, parents, and working our way up the chain of life. It’s been an incredible voyage, with plenty of speed bumps along the way, but we’ve kept pressing forward the entire time. I’m a lucky man to have such a partner in life! I hope you appreciate yours if you have one, and if you don’t, I hope you find one! There’s a reason most businesses need TWO partners to be successful. In business and life you need someone you can count on to be there for you and support you.

On the business side of things we signed another new class action client. It’s interesting because this attorney is looking into an issue I identified when we had a fire last year. The issue is that if you have a homeowners claim your insurance company typically writes the check for repairs to you AND your mortgage company. This makes perfect sense. The mortgage company has a lot more at risk than you do (in general) and should make sure that you’re spending the money to repair the house ON THE HOUSE. The issue is that mortgage lenders sometimes make it VERY difficult to get all of your money back, even if you got all of the work completed. In my case I had to call my lender three or four times, sitting on hold for 40 minutes to an hour each time, to get them to release the money (along with submitting signed and notarized paperwork). From what I’m hearing this is typical and sometimes people don’t get their money back. I’m really curious to see how this investigationgoes. I think we will identify a lot of people out there who got work done and need some help to get that money back. We shall see! OK, on to more lawsuit and settlement updates!

  1. Kevin Greene says:

My dog was harmed by using Beneful. He almost lost all his hair and could barely walk. Vet said it was the Beneful. Switched his diet and added vitamins and he recovered but not before it cost me a grand in vet bills! Who do I need to contact in this class action suit?
