Hello!

Over the weekend we reached a huge milestone here at Top Class Actions: we now have over 300,000 newsletter subscribers! 302,879 to be exact. That’s amazing! We couldn’t be more thrilled, and we are more committed than ever to help you claim every single penny that’s owed to you. Part of that commitment is tracking down case updates on the class action lawsuits and settlements that matter most to you.

Every week we get dozens of emails from viewers asking us questions about the status of their claims. We’re not a settlement administrator so we can’t give specific answers about individual claims, but we can provide updates based on what we find in court filings.

For example, those of you who filed claims for the StarKist tuna settlement will have to wait a few more months, at least. A judge ruled Friday that he would not approve the $12 million class action settlement because it was “unfair” to consumers. We also reported recently that several settlements paid out, including for Ghirardelli chocolate, Red Bull and Korean Air. Oftentimes, these tips come in from our viewers, so continue to let us know on Facebook or at questions@topclassactions.com if you receive a settlement check so we can share the good news!
