SCOTUS won't fast-track Trump lawsuits.

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to fast-track the remaining lawsuits from President Donald J. Trump it has been asked to hear challenging the election results in five states where the outgoing president lost.

The justices, without comment or any sign of dissent, issued orders denying requests to expedite their consideration of the cases against Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. As a result, it is all but certain the Supreme Court will take no action on the cases before Joseph R. Biden is sworn in as the 46th president of the United States on Jan. 20, according to CBS News.

Each order simply stated, “The motions of petitioners to expedite consideration of the petitions for writs of certiorari are denied.”

The high court’s decisions were only the latest in a string of denials it issued against moves by Trump and his supporters to challenge the 2020 election results.

SCOTUS won't fast-track Trump lawsuits. In the weeks before and after Election Day, the Supreme Court refused to act on numerous lawsuits filed over changes made to the voting process in several battleground states on the grounds of mitigating the coronavirus pandemic.

In December, the Supreme Court rejected Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s petition calling for the election results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to be set aside and their electoral votes not to be counted over claims about changes to the voting rules in those states.

Earlier this month, the justices refused a request from Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert, who asked them to prevent Vice President Mike Pence from counting the certified Electoral College votes expected to be cast for Biden.

The day the Electoral College vote count occurred, a mob of Trump supporters committed a violent insurrection on the Capitol building while Pence was conducting the official proceeding.

Among the cases the Supreme Court chose not to expedite is the lawsuit brought by former Trump lawyer and supporter Sidney Powell on behalf of the Republican electors of Michigan. According to Fox News, Powell has argued claims of hundreds of thousands of unlawfully counted ballots in Michigan. The case was one of several she referred to when, during a press conference, she announced plans to unleash “the Kraken” of alleged voter fraud in court.

Powell took the case to the Supreme Court when a judge in the lower, federal court ruled against her request to block the certification of Michigan’s election results.

In addition to the Supreme Court’s denials, the outgoing president and his backers waged and lost dozens of other lawsuits seeking to challenge the election results in numerous battleground states — all of which Biden won. Most of the cases were filed in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada and Arizona.

The Trump lawsuits the Supreme Court refused to expedite are still pending. It is unclear whether they will be heard after Biden has been sworn in.

There is clear evidence of fraud and unconstitutional election proceedings. I am in Maryland and know my vote didn’t count, I questioned some shady things including why they opened my folder to see who I voted for then told me which machine to put it into. Of course the same thing nothing to see here folks, keep moving. I am sick of it and my vote and 75 million others should be important and the evidence they are not showing on MSM is not right. Something needs to be done

I am also in md and had a similar experience. It is bs. We didn’t have a shot in our vote meaning anything with all the fraud!.

  2. Jane McManus McGinley says:

Our election was stolen in Pennsylvania. Ever Democrat that holds office in Pa plus some Republicans are in on it. Our vote didn’t count and I think we should be able to file a class action lawsuit against our state for illegally changing the voting laws.

  3. Jacqueline Kounkel says:

totally saddened and disappointed by the unfair and bias treatment of a president that I elected. One sided government is a huge concern for all of America. The fact that the president that I voted for was falsely accused with fraudulent and altered documents and everyone in the FBI and CIA knew it while using the opposing party funds to try and take him down knowingly and the courts failed all of us by saying nothing wrong with this while impeaching my elected official president 2 times with no grounds and basis is a violation of my vote. This is not the America that I thought it was. I am so disappointed and feel that by not allowing a full voting machine audit my vote didn’t count. I received more than 3 mail in ballots at my home for myself and 2 others for people that do not live at my address is further proof that something was not right. I never requested a mail ballot and intended to vote in person.

There is clear evidence of fraud and unconstitutional election proceedings, especially since the Italian information came to light. Because the courts will not even hear the evidence, We the People have no voice. This is taxation without representation. Hammer and Scorecard should be de-clas’d and all witnesses de-gagged. Proceedings for treason with military tribunals should begin immediately.

  5. Victoria Anne Ragland says:

I can’t believe the crimes being committed and NOBODY IS STANDING UP FOR THE TRUTH. Democrats should be in jail. Hillary Clinton needs to be stopped.

  6. Maureen says:

Yes. I voted in the AZ elections. I was told that even though my signature was unable to be matched, they gave me a ballot anyway. Then when I tried to put into the machine, it at first wouldnt take it. After a numerous attempts, I was finally successful. I am one who thinks there was interference whether by the machines, or by the adding of obvious ballots that weren’t initially in the open, but under desks and kept the ppl watching in the dark about them

  7. Valerie Shreckengost says:
