Good morning, everyone! I hope you had a FANTASTIC week! As you’ve noticed we’ve been rotating who writes this letter so you get to meet more of our team. We will keep doing that, but I will still be in the rotation as well. On the home front, we had a scare with my youngest daughter Aubrey over the weekend. My beautiful bride and I were out on date night, and the babysitter called saying Aubrey was having problems breathing. That’s a VERY scary call to receive. I get even more worried about it because I have asthma. Thankfully, both girls haven’t been diagnosed with asthma, but I know how it feels to not be able to breathe. That meant my heart ACHED when I got home and heard Aubrey’s raspy, gravelly, wheezing. Long story short, I flipped out a bit, and rather than just calling the doctor, I asked my wife to bring Aubrey to the ER. Thankfully Aubrey was fine and diagnosed with croup. She’s already looking and sounding better today! Nothing like a sick kid to remind you about what’s important in life! Breathing and loving life with your family! On the work side of things, this year we’ve already worked with more settlement administrators on more settlements than all of last year. That’s a very positive improvement! The more settlements we get through settlement administrators, the more informed YOU are about class actions you may be able to claim. I’m very focused on continuing to improve this so we hope we’ll get more cash in your pockets by posting more settlements than ever in 2016. That’s all for now! Make it a GREAT week! Warm Regards, Scott Hardy |
