Update from the President and CEO of Top Class Actions

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a GREAT weekend! I’m writing this note on Thursday as I’m heading to Mexico for the weekend. Hopefully everything went well over the weekend and I’m back in the office as you’re reading this. It’s always a great time in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, Phoenix’s closest beach.

At the Hardy home reading is a priority for our girls. I’m a voracious reader so my beautiful bride and I are trying to instill the same thing in our girls. It’s much harder since they have iPads and other distractions which weren’t available when I was a kid. As most of you remember, when you were a kid, road trips meant books and magazines. Now road trips mean iPads, movies and video games. To combat this reliance on technology for entertainment we typically don’t let our girls take iPads with them for short trips and are trying to get them to load up on books instead. It’s great to hear Sydney reading to her younger sister in the back as we run through our daily errands. We also don’t let the girls play with their iPads before bed. That’s quiet time to spend reading and relaxing. We’ll see how things go as they get older!

OK, on the Top Class Actions side of things. We’ve had some new settlements come through, and settlement updates, as you see above. But, it’s been a busy week for other lawsuits as well!
