RFK Jr. social media censorship class action lawsuit overview:

- Where: The class action lawsuit was filed in Louisiana federal court.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has filed a lawsuit accusing dozens of federal agencies and officials — including President Joe Biden — of attempting to induce Facebook, Twitter, and Google to “censor constitutionally protected speech.”
Kennedy, a noted COVID-19 vaccine critic, argues there has been a government-wide effort to suppress facts about certain topics — including the origin and effects of the COVID-19 vaccine and efficacy of masks.
Children’s Health Defense, an anti-vaccine nonprofit founded and chaired by Kennedy, is also named as a plaintiff in the lawsuit, which claims the federal government threatened the social media companies with antitrust enforcement action.
“Through this censorship campaign, federal agents and agencies have encouraged, promoted and induced those (social media) companies to stifle viewpoints that the government disfavors,” the RFK class action states.
Kennedy wants to represent a nationwide class of consumers who have “consumed news related to COVID-19 or U.S. elections on Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube” from January 2020 to present day.
Kennedy argues government induced companies to ‘suppress facts’ it did not want public to hear
Kennedy, the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy and son of former U.S. Attorney General Robert Kennedy, argues the federal officials and agencies induced the companies to “suppress facts that the government does not want the public to hear.”
Federal officials also have attempted to “silence” specific speakers — allegedly targeted by name — that were critical of federal policy, the RFK class action alleges.
Kennedy claims the federal officials and agencies — including Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, among others — are guilty of violating the First Amendment.
Plaintiff is demanding a jury trial and requesting declaratory and injunctive relief along with an award of “such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.”
Earlier this month, the Biden administration, concerned with the data safety of Americans, demanded China-based company ByteDance either sell its popular video hosting platform TikTok or face a nationwide ban.

Numerous times i was put in fb jail. My account rendered unusable. For speaking my opinion about pandemic. Twitter banned me as well on more than one occasion. So much so that ive basically left both. I only keep my fb account now to keep in contact with loved ones. Its become painfully clear as an American we only get to enjoy the illusion of freedom and free speech. Even videos I posted from bitchute were taken down. Was not able to post any from brighteon at all! Ive been furious about this for years now plus the over stepping of governmental employees including joe biden, to think they have a legal right to stomp allover mine. Plus hiding the facts not allowing us to make informed decisions as a result. I dont appreciate being forced to ignore my freedoms as an American! I hope this lawsuit wins and wipes that corrupt politician out and his cronnies that helped constrict the rights of every man in this nation. Hes an abomination to our liberties.
I was banned from Twitter, Facebook, linked in, nextdoor and Instagram for my posts about covid. I was a thorough researcher of the virus and was able to use common sense to decimate many claims the government was stating. I have been ridiculed, discriminated against, threatened, assaulted, removed from retail locations and restaurants and embarrassed while being called a liar or a murder because I chose my freedom and common sense to deal with the lies of covid. I have suffered emotional trauma, been removed from my home and had my things illegally kept from me and then sold because my landlord was against my public views of what was happening to us in Washington state. Low and behold, everything I was accused of making up or lying about has now in congressional testimonies and hearings been proven in fact I was right and should have never been treated or discriminated against. I have lost jobs and kept from employment because I refuse the covid shot and still in Washington state all state jobs and city jobs require you have the vaccine. I currently live out of a motel paying over 3500 in rent a month to a dumpy motel, I lost all my worldly possessions and personal affects I have lost all my family because I spoke truth and family couldn’t handle the backlash I received from all avenues. All in all my once pretty good life was destroyed and now I live like I’m one of the many homeless drug addicts (I’m not an addict or on drugs) running around this motel and often daily end up with my life in danger from shoot outs, drug overdoses from fentanyl, drugs being left in motel room from poor cleaning practices and injuring my pets and myself. My life has turned into hell and I swear I am targeted by some higher force because everything that can happen now happens to me from weird car issues to unfairly or unjustly having actions taken against me for no reason other than my political or covid views and I can’t get help from anyone anywhere as it seems the world has been brainwashed or scared into submission. I have followed Robert since the start of covid and 100% agree with his many findings and it is him whom confirmed my beliefs and findings brought out the pandemic which kept me sain through all this. I realized I wasn’t alone when I started hearing him speak out. If anything I want to thank him for being a brave voice in this world of tyrant monsters from the media to government to citizens that once cares about others. I pray for our world to return to days of normalcy
