A Diabetic Took Actos for Four Years & Developed Bladder Cancer as a Side Effect of Actos Alleges Lawsuit

Actos Pills Cause Bladder Cancer Allege Lawsuits

A husband and wife filed a lawsuit against Takeda Pharmaceuticals alleging the drug giant’s diabetic treatment drug Actos (pioglitazone) caused the husband to develop bladder cancer. This couple opted to file their Actos bladder cancer lawsuit as co-plaintiffs. Actos bladder cancer lawsuits are being filed against Takeda Pharmaceuticals on a weekly basis. There has not been an update on the Actos class action lawsuit currently pending in federal court.

William Blumenstein and his wife, Kathy Jo Williams, filed their Actos bladder cancer lawsuit as part of the Actos multidistrict litigation in Louisiana.
