GoodRx and Criteo agreed to a $32 million class action settlement to resolve claims that GoodRx shared sensitive health information with third parties.

The GoodRx settlement benefits individuals who used a GoodRx website, app or service any time prior to April 20, 2024.

According to a class action lawsuit, GoodRx shared sensitive health information about patient prescription medications and health conditions with third parties, such as Criteo, Meta and Google. The plaintiffs in the data privacy lawsuit say that GoodRx violated their privacy rights by sharing their information without their consent.

GoodRx is a prescription coupon and telehealth company that provides millions of people with telehealth services and coupons for prescription medication.

GoodRx has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay $32 million to resolve the class action lawsuit allegations.

Under the terms of the GoodRx settlement, class members can receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. Exact payment amounts will vary depending on the number of participating class members and the class action settlement fund after deductions. No payment estimates are available at this time.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Dec. 29, 2026.

The final approval hearing for the data privacy lawsuit settlement is scheduled for Feb. 11, 2027.

To receive a class action settlement payment, class members must submit a valid claim form by Dec. 29, 2026.
