Xbox LIVE Target of New Potential Class Action Lawsuit

By Mike Holter

Xbox 360Microsoft has been the target of numerous class action lawsuits recently over its Xbox LIVE subscription service. Irate customers have accused the company of everything from breach of contract to double-billing to even forbidding them to file class action lawsuits. Now a new investigation has been launched looking for Xbox LIVE subscribers who cancelled their subscription before October 2011.

The details of the new Xbox LIVE class action lawsuit investigation are vague, but could affect thousands – if not hundreds of thousands – of former customers. There are currently over 25 million Xbox LIVE subscribers who use the service to instantly watch HD movies, TV shows and sports on their TV through their consoles.

The only criteria you need to meet in order to participate in this investigation is that you cancelled your Xbox LIVE subscription prior to October 2011 and – before cancelling – that you either purchased, rented or live-streamed movies or videos through the online service.

All you have to do is fill out a short questionnaire at the Xbox LIVE Class Action Lawsuit Investigation to participate. If you qualify, the attorneys handling this investigation will call you to discuss the details of your case. It’s absolutely free to participate and the attorneys don’t get paid unless you do. Submit your information now!
