Some of my information was included in this time frame. Please include me in the dissemination of this lawsuit information.
my informatiin was stolen to an my bank issued me a new card due to Target whom do i contact this is the first ive heard of the xlass action lawsuit.
I too was one of many who made a purchase at Target in December 2013. I would like to be a part of the class action lawsuit.
I have looked throughout sites stating a possible claim form. The best article so far is on this site. They say around April 10th claim forms should be out….www.bankinfosecurity.asia/judge-oks-target-breach I hope that helps. Also I believe the documents for the court \shows copy of claim form\ but it was 97 pages and I didn’t have time to look for it. Good Luck! I too was affected.
I was also affected by this. I would like to be added to the suit as well.
How do I get more information on this classaction ?? Three days after the announcement my identity was stolen and I’m still dealing with ‘their’ purchases and accounts etc opened in my name..
Had to change cards with my bank and couldn’t get security monitoring cause Ai have a freeze on credit.Called numerous times to Target asking about how I could get monitoring done and what that alternate method would be and no one had a clue and I just got the brush off cause they said that’s all the monitoring they would offer.I felt very afraid and unsafe for weeks even with the freeze.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO JOIN THIS TARGET CLASS ACTION BECAUSE I DID NOT FEEL LIKE TARGET WAS AS CONCERNED AS THEY SHOULD HAVE. I was in the hospital while all this was going on. My bank closed my account as a result of the same and I had to pay all the fees. What should I do?
How do I get included in this settlement??? Anyone know???
We were also affected by this, who can I call to get this straightened out? My phone number is 704-226-7073, please call me as soon possible, I don’t want to miss the deadline date.
I want to file a claim on this because I was one of the millions that had to change their card because of this
