Blond woman surrounded by money

Editor’s Note: Top Class Actions is excited to introduce a new monthly column from our friends at The Penny Hoarder! It’s our way of saying “thank you” for being loyal viewers by providing you even more ways to put “extra” money into your pocket. Enjoy!

We know you love to make and save money. We do, too. (Hey, it’s in our name!)

We’re The Penny Hoarder, one of the largest personal finance websites in the world. Our mission is to help put more money in our readers’ pockets.

In addition to publishing more “traditional” finance content — think, the differences between a 401(k) and IRA — we also share articles on side gigs, ways to save money at X big box store and the latest free food deal.

Here are 5 of our most popular articles this month:

1. 32 Legitimate Ways to Make Money at Home

No too-good-to-be-true jobs here. We’ve compiled a list of 32 gigs where you can make money at home, from making $60/hour as a part-time bookkeeper to watching YouTube videos in your PJs. A couple companies on the list regularly hire for fully remote help, too.

2. 12 Free Mobile Apps That Help You Earn Money for Doing Almost Nothing

Get off Facebook and use your smartphone to make money instead! These free apps can help you profit off your old DVDs, make money from surveys and earn cash by selling your old clothes. You won’t get rich from using these mobile apps, but they’re a good way to bring in some extra money each month.

3. The Best Paid Survey Sites to Make Extra Money (+How to Earn $250/Month)

Real talk: Filling out surveys can be a little time-consuming. But it’s an easy way to make money from the comfort of your home — or anywhere with decent wifi! In this article, we break down more than 10 of our favorite survey sites.

4. A Month-by-Month Guide to Saving $1,000 and Ending the Paycheck to Paycheck Lifestyle

A 2017 survey found that 78 percent of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. We know many people are struggling with the basics, so we put together a step-by-step guide to walk you through each month, help you make and save money, and get you back on track.

5. 8 Slick Ways to Save Money on Amazon You Probably Don’t Know About

Whether you’re an infrequent Amazon shopper or ordering from Prime every other day, there are ways to save money at the online giant. We share some of our favorite tactics. (P.S. Did you know Amazon Coupons are a thing?!)

It should be. They try to get you to open a “savings” account, that gives you $5 to start. Then it charges you $1 a month. What savings account does that? Then, there’s the “legitimate” survey sites. You never get anything you qualify for that’s worth actual money. Instead, you get long surveys that give you “points”. I liked reading it, at first. Then, it was just a sell out to a bunch of scams. Kudos on your advertising with them! I still can’t get my Costco claim with you, even though I enter my membership number.
