Top Class Actions viewers are starting to receive apparel in the mail from a class action settlement that accused Nordstrom and AG Adriano Goldschmied of selling clothing labeled as “Made in the USA,” when they allegedly contained one or more foreign-made part.
According to reader comments and posts on the Top Class Actions Facebook page, Class Members who submitted timely and valid claims for the Nordstrom, AG Adriano Goldschmied settlement began receiving one or more pairs of pants on Dec. 5, 2016.
If you filed a claim for the Nordstrom, AGAG settlement, keep an eye on your mailbox because apparel payouts are on their way!
The AG Adriano Goldschmied, Nordstrom class action settlement resolves allegations that the apparel manufacturer and retailer did not fully inform customers that certain components of “Made in USA” AGAG garments came from outside of the country.
Under the terms of the settlement, customers could claim either a $20 promo code to be used toward the purchase of an AGAG item online or a free pair of pants. AGAG purchasers who could provide proof of purchase were able to receive more than one promo code or pairs of pants.
Both Nordstrom and AG Adriano Goldschmied denied the allegations but agreed to settle the class action to avoid the risk and cost of further litigation.
Class Members included all individuals who bought an AG Adriano Goldschmied item within the state of California that was labeled as “Made in USA” between June 4, 2010 and Feb. 29, 2016.
The deadline to file a claim for the AG Adriano Goldschmied settlement passed on May 29, 2016.

I’ve tried emailing them without a return response. I’ve called the number on the settlement page and it’s only an informational recording. My next step will be to call the settlement attorney…however I don’t have time today.
I have not received anything from this as of yet. I have a claim number. I have not even received an email from anyone explaining why. Who do we contact about this?
