Natura Pet Products Class Action Settlement

Natura Pet Products, Inc. has reached a class action lawsuit settlement for making misleading statements about its dog and cat food products. As a result, anyone who purchased Innova, EVO, California Natural, HealthWise, Mother Nature or Karma pet food products is eligible to receive up to $200 cash from the class action settlement.
The Natura Pet Products settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, entitled Ko v. Natura Pet Products, Inc., that alleges Natura violated California’s Business and Professions Code by making false and misleading statements about the human-grade quality of its food in its advertisements, promotional materials and labeling. Natura Pet Products denies it did anything wrong, but has created a $2.15 million settlement fund to pay out Class Members and resolve the litigation.
Class Members of the Natura Pet Products class action settlement include all U.S. residents who purchased any Natura Product for personal, family or household purposes during the time period from March 20, 2005 to July 8, 2011. These products include Innova, EVO, California Natural, HealthWise, Mother Nature and Karma dog and cat food products.
As a Class Member of the Pet Products settlement, you are entitled to receive as much as $200 from the class action lawsuit settlement. All you have to do is submit a valid claim form by January 8, 2012. No proof of purchase is necessary, but you must sign under penalty of perjury that you in fact purchased one of the Natura Pet Products included in the settlement.

did not receive my check, where do I inquire#
I recieved $43.90 today, but still wonder what was in that food ( Healthwise). I feed it to my Boxer from the time she was 8 weeks old until it was pulled from the shelf. My Boxer got cancer all throughout her and died a week before her third birthday.I do not know if that has anything to do with it, buy it raises your suspicions when a Dog that young dies.
Got my check for the same amount -totally forgot about it -what was it, 2 years ago??
Received a check today for $43.90.
I forgot I even filled out a claim. It’s like Christmas. $43.90!
