Old Navy ZIP Code SettlementViewers are reporting they have received $10 vouchers from a class action settlement over claims Old Navy LLC, The Gap Inc. and Banana Republic LLC improperly asked customers to provide their ZIP codes when they made a purchase with a credit card. Customers who shopped at Old Navy, Gap Outlet or Banana Republic Factory Stores in California and who had their personal identification information recorded when they paid with a credit card were eligible for benefits from this class action settlement.

The defendants deny the allegations but agreed to settle the ZIP code class action lawsuits (Robertson v. Old Navy LLC, Hernandez v. Old Navy LLC, and Nelson v. The Gap Inc.) to avoid the risk and expense of trial.

According to posts on our website and Facebook page, viewers began receiving their $10 vouchers beginning on Monday, Aug. 24. If you filed a timely and valid claim for the ZIP code settlement, keep an eye on your mailbox because you may soon be receiving a voucher. These vouchers are usable at a California Old Navy, Gap Outlet or Banana Republic Factory Store location, depending on where you shopped.
