Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has agreed to pay $7.3 million to resolve allegations that the company recorded the phone conversations of potential guests without their notice or consent.
Plaintiff Joyce Roberts filed the Wyndham class action lawsuit in 2012 over claims that California state laws were violated when resort phone calls were transferred to an Aegis-operated call center who allegedly didn’t inform consumers that the calls were being recorded.

Have tried for over a week, daily. Site and/or the File a Claim link is not working. 3-4 times I have entered the requested/required ph #s and personal info, and once done, I get an error message, or page requested not found. Other times, I cannot even get that far. Frustrating.
Site is kind of dead right meow
