Naked Juice class action settlement

Details on how to file a claim for the Naked Juice class action lawsuit settlement are finally here! If you purchased an eligible Naked Juice product between September 27, 2007 and August 19, 2013, you can file a claim to receive up to $75 cash with proof of purchase or up to $45 cash without proof of purchase.

The Naked Juice settlement will resolve several class action lawsuits filed in 2011 alleging that Naked Juice Co. engaged in deceptive advertising by labeling its products as “all natural” and “non-GMO.” Plaintiffs alleged they contained processed and synthetic ingredients, as well as ingredients from genetically modified crops.

Naked Juice denies the allegations but has agreed to refund consumers as part of a $9 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve the litigation.

If you purchased eligible Naked Juice products during the Class Period, you can file a claim to receive a cash reimbursement from the class action settlement.

Class Members with proof of purchase can receive a full reimbursement of what they paid for the listed products, up to a maximum of $75. Class Members without proof of purchase can receive a reimbursement based on the following chart:

UPDATE 1: Following our Dec. 9 report that the fate of the Naked Juice class action settlement rests on whether or not attorneys could prove how many hours they spent working on the case, an objector has appealed the final approval of the class action settlement.  Details on the appeal were not immediately available but concerned the motion for attorneys’ fees, plaintiff incentive awards and approval order, according to court documents filed Jan. 6, 2014. The case has been transferred to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Distribution of settlement funds will not commence until the appeal has been resolved. Top Class Actions will continue to update our readers on the progress of the appeal and settlement payout. 2. Brian says:

What happened to 75.00 with proof of purchase or 45 without proof?

  3. REALITY says:

the i.q. of some of you is evidently low. ren says i got two checks like the guy mentioned above. then steven says i would only cash one. o.k. ready… the post you are referring to were written by: Jack N. Yewoff which if you pronounce it is “jacking you off”. the next post apparently the same funny guy was written by: Ben Tover again “bent over”. yeppers seems to me jacking you off and bent over are good references. you all related to jennell?

  4. Brian says:

Received check for 14.00 yesterday in NC. I also sent in receipts. Seems like everybody is getting low settlements.

  5. Ren says:

I also got two checks for $6.67 as someone else mentioned above.

HOWEVER, they are both exactly the same. Even the check number is the same.

Do you think it is a fark up by someone? On a business account, ti two checks with the same number are presented, the second check will most likely get flagged for a pay review. It may even bounce.

    1. Steven says:

If I were you I would only cash one of them. Probably sent you duplicates by mistake

      1. Ren says:

Exactly, Steven. Other people above mentioned that they received two checks, too. I wanted to warn them to check if they are the same check number.

  6. MELISSA says:

    $ 6.67 IN NEW YORK

  7. Cindy says:

    Got $6.67 in South Carolina.

  8. tom says:

yes, i love how they say ” 45.00″ without proof of purchase. but then, after the lawyers have been paid, the settlements, the postage, the…….well, whatever……..we get a check for less than $9.00.
    wooohooo!!!

  9. invisible ink says:

just curious..how do any of these class actions expect receipts when the stores use invisible ink they disappear after 2 weeks…i have receipts for important items from the early 2000’s and i can read them as if they were printed today the last few years the ink disappears after a few weeks..so class actions asking for receipts is a joke..i still drink Naked Juice i have a few in the fridge

  10. angela kelly says:
