Details on how to file a claim for the Naked Juice class action lawsuit settlement are finally here! If you purchased an eligible Naked Juice product between September 27, 2007 and August 19, 2013, you can file a claim to receive up to $75 cash with proof of purchase or up to $45 cash without proof of purchase.
The Naked Juice settlement will resolve several class action lawsuits filed in 2011 alleging that Naked Juice Co. engaged in deceptive advertising by labeling its products as “all natural” and “non-GMO.” Plaintiffs alleged they contained processed and synthetic ingredients, as well as ingredients from genetically modified crops.
Naked Juice denies the allegations but has agreed to refund consumers as part of a $9 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve the litigation.
If you purchased eligible Naked Juice products during the Class Period, you can file a claim to receive a cash reimbursement from the class action settlement.
Class Members with proof of purchase can receive a full reimbursement of what they paid for the listed products, up to a maximum of $75. Class Members without proof of purchase can receive a reimbursement based on the following chart:

UPDATE 1: Following our Dec. 9 report that the fate of the Naked Juice class action settlement rests on whether or not attorneys could prove how many hours they spent working on the case, an objector has appealed the final approval of the class action settlement. Details on the appeal were not immediately available but concerned the motion for attorneys’ fees, plaintiff incentive awards and approval order, according to court documents filed Jan. 6, 2014. The case has been transferred to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Distribution of settlement funds will not commence until the appeal has been resolved. Top Class Actions will continue to update our readers on the progress of the appeal and settlement payout. You can follow this progress by marking this article as a “Favorite” in your free Top Class Actions account.

People that buy the products get screwed while the lawyers make millions. Typical.
Anyone in Illinois receive a check?
received a check fore $6.67 here in Illinois on July 3,2014
checked with the administrator yesterday and that there was a check for 6.00 processed for me and that it is in the mail on the 23rd of June
I received 26 dollars. But I did send in proof. Even though my proof was almost 50 bucks. My neighbor filed a claim with no receipts and she received $4.76. Too many people filed claims trying to make an easy buck and those same folks only ending up hurting themselves. I wish there was a way to upload photos on here, I took a photo of the $4.76 check. It really is laughable that the claim admin would even bother sending that out to people.
I didn’t get a payment….sent receipts. Went through a lot to stay in the class but nothing here in NC
karma, I bet you work for Rust..
Good Morning Karma, I’m sure your morning is delightful!!!
this message is for, jennell, dianne, carol, qt, and any others abusing this system. i can only guess that because each one of you is extremely stupid. you don’t realize that what you are doing. you also don’t realize how illegal and well monitered this system is. you apply for every lawsuit. you swear that you are a class member. you call the claims admin over and over. you post many comments on all the sites. i could get on here and call you names. i could get on here and threaten to turn you in to the proper authorities. i will not lower myself to your level though. i will only say. i hope that one day if not sooner you receive the KARMA that you deserve. please understand that everyone on here, claimants and management, wishes you would go away.

I don’t think $4.76 is anything to let anyone know about. This is embarrassing.
Is there a number where I can talk to someone?
