A settlement has been proposed in a class action lawsuit involving text messages sent from certain retail companies to consumers without their express consent. If you received a text message from one of these retailers, you may be entitled to a $105 payment from the class action settlement.
The MoGreet text spam settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit (Lockett v. MoGreet Inc.) that alleges certain retailers would send text message advertisements to consumers through MoGreet’s mobile platform or one of its affiliated service providers (YesMail Inc. and InfoGroup Inc.) in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
MoGreet denies the allegations but has agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the expense and uncertainty of trial.
Who’s Eligible
Class Members of the MoGreet text spam settlement include all individuals in the United States who received an unauthorized text message from any of the following retailers:

I believe that is actually June 12, that’s 70 days from April 3. They are late.
I called and spoke with someone on yesterday. When I spoke with them they did admit that deadline was June 12, 2014 but that they were running behind. They also said that is why they took the site down, it was taken down because the time allotted to pay out and close the settlement had expired. I was told that the checks would be sent by the end of the month. They did not explain why they were running behind. I asked what the amount of the checks were, I was told they hadn’t been processed yet so they didn’t know the amount.
I spoke to someone yesterday they said it was going out in waves. Then I called today she said none have went out. I knew that cause no one has posted the got it. But they did have my name
I just got off the phone with the number provided above and only information they are allowed to provide is that they have 70 days from april 3rd to administer checks pending any appeals, and that for further information or updates I woukd be advised to call back “periodically” so basically no information giving us any real idea at this point
The Heel Homeopathic settlement will pay out in mid July…. Just talked to admin.
Good Linda lets talk about something else because the one thing here is that they are late and the checks should have gone out already. I glad to hear that the payments will be processed next month I am waiting as well.
when will there be a claim form where these posts will go to the people that need to know how these admins, and how they are really handling these claims. i see why they say don’t contact the court.

Dianne,thank you for the informative information and I’d like to take this opportunity apologize to all other consumers for my indiscreet comments.I just don’t appreciate when someone attempts to attack my intelligence or simply bully me for asking a question.
They are not suppose to take that site down until the settlement has been processed, they admitted that they were behind and took it down because the court stated that it be finished and distributed by the 12th. Taking the site down was telling the court we have fulfilled our duties, when they actually havent fulfilled it at all. I was told today that it will be sent by the end of the month.
I called talked to representative, she said they checks are delayed but will go our by next week. They have not even processed them as she couldnt tell me the amount, she just told me I was approved but that no checks have gone out. They took the site down because the payout was to have already occured.
I just called and she said it was taken down because the time expired for it to be up per the order.
