Wow, got on the website today to file the claim knowing it was the last day to do so, and at 1:00 California time, they stated on website ” it is past April 8, 2014″ Really? I don’t think so – April 8, 2014 lasts until midnight. Greedy people selling shoddy products like our Lifetime basketball set!
And what about the California residents only? What if someone moved out of state afterwards? I hope the Judge sees this and salms this company!
EDITOR’S NOTE: The Settlement Administrator for the Lifetime Basketball class action settlement has added the ability to file Claim Forms online. Find the blue “Submit Your Claim” button to quickly and easily file a claim.
I am assuming they took the claim form down, I couldn’t find it…
List of products covered in lawsuit:
http://thelifetimesettlement.com/product-list.pdf
States items purchased in California!
It also says purchased in California…..does that mean ONLY purchased in CA?
Yet another bogus lawsuit.
They intentionally did not provide a way to file a claim online as many people will not bother to print out the form to fill and mail.
I cannot find the list of products
Where is the list of products purchased?
I was looking for that too!
Spent over 600$ on a faulty basketball hoop for my son and then only compensate a basketball…. yeah!!!!
