I sent in the documentaion required last October, read not to send back my 2 bracelets YET. I have still heard nothing. Is it too late to send you my 2 bracelets. Still waiting to hear from you.
A federal court has approved the iRenew Bracelet class action settlement. Settlement checks will be mailed to eligible Class Members by April 30, 2013, according to an update posted to the Settlement Administrator website.
I REQUESTED A FORM LAST YEAR I FILLED IT OUT AND MAILED IT WITH THE NECESSITY INFORMATION AND A RECEIPT
FOR THE TWO BRACELETS I ORDERED
BUT HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD REGARDING MY CLAIM.
I also sent in receipt and have not hear anything from this settlement I think I got one saying the check is in the mail lol
I just received a letter back to say that my claim has been denied because I’m not a U.S. citizen,as I live in Canada. Why then did you send me information to process a claim knowing my address. I took the time to gather information and mail it to you,and this is the response. Disgusting! The least you could do is refund me for my 2 bracelets.
I sent in all the documentation to receive full refund and received an email to that effect from the admin, and have not heard anything since. When do you start settlement process???
May i receive an update on the suit.Has the Los Angeles courts made a decision?
That wwas Douglas Barron. I’m really fed up with lawyers!
Was this a bogus / fraud done by you guys(Lawyers)? I filled forms, sent in 2 bracelets, but never received a single penny!
